Stephanie Speakman brings over 20 years of experience working in healthcare to her new role at Health at Home Consultants working as a Clinical Assistant. Stephanie has extensive experience working in long term care and assisted living. She has always had a passion for caring for others and is a supportive teammate and an incredibly fast learner. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys camping, barbecues with friends, and racing. Stephanie lives in DeWitt Nebraska, where she was born and raised, and is the proud mother of two great kids and a proud aunt. Steph’s family is her greatest joy!
Mikayla Peters began working with Health at Home Consultants in 2018. Mikayla went to school for Respiratory Therapy, and has extensive knowledge in many different areas of healthcare. She supports the Nurse Practitioners as a Clinical Assistant and is a huge asset to the Health at Home team. In Makayla’s time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son Archer.
Andrea is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She began her career in healthcare in 2004 as a CNA/med aide received her BSN in 2007 and worked in a hospital and as a substitute school nurse. Andrea has been an APRN since 2016 working at CHI Clinic Quick Care for the last 5 years.
Andrea lives in Lincoln with her husband, two children and a yellow lab. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and going to concerts. She is passionate about holistic care, wellness and toxin free living.
Jan has been a nurse for 17 years, spending 11 of those working at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital, 4 years with Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology along with some travel nursing in between. As our Clinical Manager, she will help with day-to-day patient care alongside Jamie, business operations, and most of all meeting our patient’s needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, being outside and is always up for a challenge. She is a great addition to our team with her vibrant personality and thoughtfulness she puts into each and every patient she sees.
Amy L Bokowski, MSN, APRN, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in the state of Nebraska. Amy began her nursing career in 2010, and is a newly graduated FNP. Her previous experience includes caring for patients in a variety of settings including LTACH, acute, long term care, and home health. Amy also spent three years as an adjunct professor, overseeing clinicals for an ADN program. Amy is certified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan.
Amy is working with Health at Home Consultants as an APRN, diagnosing and treating patients in a variety of different settings. Amy lives in Lincoln with her five children and husband. Amy enjoys spending time with family, working out, and watching her three oldest boys play sports.
With Amy's experience and education, she will be a great asset to Health at Home, providing optimal care for her patients and families.
Jamie is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Jamie obtained her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2000 and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009.
As a holistic practitioner, Jamie can offer her patients a variety of services such as medical diagnostic evaluation, medication management and personalized home-based care. Jamie is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Home Care Physicians, and the Nebraska Nurse Practitioners. She has prescriptive authority and controlled substance in the State of Nebraska and Federal DEA license.
